Working within the existing structure, this family home was transformed to better use all the available space. The brief called for the kitchen and living areas to be moved from the middle of the home to the back, to increase natural light and create more of an indoor-outdoor feel. Some very careful planning then allowed us to rearrange the spaces to still keep three large bedrooms, a small study, and add a WIR and Ensuite to the master bedroom at the front of the home.

We’ve layered some lovely textures and colours together to create a home that is cosy and inviting, and reflects our client’s personality. The main materials palette includes terrazzo-look tiles, warm timber-look cabinetry, brushed brass tapware, and touches of green throughout. Our considered selection and design has allowed the home to feel fresh and renewed, without feeling too modern or clinical.
