90 Minute Consultation
Whether you are just beginning to plan your home renovation or are finalising everything, the 90 minute consultation package allows you to get a second opinion from someone with years of industry experience and knowledge. I can check over your ideas to make sure you are on the right track, answer questions, and give suggestions to improve on your design.
INCLUDES | 1 x consultation, to be conducted over zoom, at the client's home or at our office in Boronia
INVESTMENT | $450.00 inc GST
TIME COMMITMENT | 90 Minutes (please allow at least 1 week for our next available slot)

Floorplan Review Package
Whether you are building or renovating, getting the floorplan right is one of the most important parts. In our Floorplan Review Package, we can give you advice and suggestions early in the design process to ensure you are making the most of your spaces. This also includes a 1 hour consultation in which you are able to ask additional questions.
INCLUDES | 1 x site visit, 1 x floorplan review document and 1 x 1hr consultation to be conducted over zoom
INVESTMENT | $1,350.00 inc GST
TIME COMMITMENT | 2 weeks from the site visit (please allow at least 1 week for our next available slot)

Bathroom eDesign Service - COMING SOON
With over 7 years of experience designing bathrooms, we know a thing or two. If you're after some initial ideas to get you started or you're looking to DIY, our Bathroom eDesign Service may be just right for you. After filling out a detailed questionnaire and providing us with images, we put together a concept for your space to reflect your needs, budget and site.
INCLUDES | 1 x proposed floorplan, 1 x moodboard showing proposed finishes, fixtures, tapware and tiles. - 1 x revision
INVESTMENT | $1,750.00 inc GST

Full Interior Design and Documentation Package
We get to know you, your lifestyle and your dreams and put together a design that reflects who you are and what you need from your new spaces. Working with architects and/or engineers where required, we can help you make the most out of your space and maximise opportunities. We take care of everything for you so you can have more time for what's really important. If you are requiring furniture, soft furnishings or styling, this can also be added to this package and is not included in the estimates below.
INCLUDES | Floorplan review, full concept development including selection of fittings and materials, custom joinery design, 3D renders, FFE schedule, dimensioned plans and on-site support.
INVESTMENT
- Single Kitchen / Bathroom / Laundry renovation from $4,000 +GST
- Medium renovation (3-5 rooms, minimal structural changes) from $13,000 +GST
- Large renovation/extension or new build from $20,000 +GST

TIME COMMITMENT
- Single Kitchen / Bathroom / Laundry renovation - we recommended to allow at least 2-3 months
- Medium renovation (3-5 rooms, minimal structural changes) - we recommended to allow at least 3-4 months
- Large renovation/extensions or new build - we recommended to allow at least 6 months

Hourly Interior Design and Documentation Services
Similar to our Full Interior Design and Documentation Package above, we work with you to design and document a home that is specifically tailored to you and your site. However, by using our hourly services instead of a set package, it allows us to be more flexible with our time and take extra care where needed. Our hourly services are recommended over a set package if you are after a design that is high-end or quite detailed, or if you want to be more flexible with the scope of works and/or services.
INCLUDES | May include a floorplan review, full concept development including selection of fittings and materials, custom joinery design, 3D renders, FFE schedule, dimensioned plans and/or on-site support as required.
INVESTMENT | Minimum investment of $7,500.00 +GST (50 hours) to be paid upfront with all additional work to be completed at $150+GST/hr
TIME COMMITMENT | Minimum 50 hours / 5 weeks (we recommend to allow 1 week per 10 hours required)
