3 colour palettes that we are loving

Choosing the right color palette is essential for creating a kitchen or bathroom that feels both stylish and inviting. At YDM Design Studio, we’re always on the lookout for color combinations that not only elevate the aesthetics of these spaces but also reflect the unique personalities of our clients. Here are three stunning color palettes we're currently loving, each offering its own distinct blend of warmth, sophistication, and timeless appeal.

1 | Green, timber and white

This colour palette should surprise no one who has been following us for a while. This is a scheme that we have used on a few different projects already, and we still absolutely love it! It creates a really warm, inviting and cosy scheme that feels absolutely lovely to be in.

2 | Dark timber, light grey and white

This scheme just feels really sophisticated and timeless to me. It feels more modern and monochrome, but still has the texture of the timber that makes it feel warm and inviting. I love the high contrast of the dark timber against the lighter tones as well, which creates the wow factor.

3 | Neutral on neutral

I feel like this is has been slowly replacing the 'white on white' colour scheme. I'm loving that people are feeling more confident to move away from all white, even if still going with very neutral tones. The thing I'm loving the most about this scheme is that we're seeing a lot of texture, especially in tiles and natural stone!
